Lhaki Construction Company was established in the year 1989 by Dasho Ugen Dorji. During inception the office was manned by small group of staff who executed the construction project of Natural Resource Training Institute (NRTI) the then present Collage of Natural Resources (CNR) at Lobesa amounting Nu.15.50 million.

Ministry of Agriculture awarded separate contact package Nu.4 millions of water supply system for NRTI which was concurrently executed. Both the project were successfully completed and handed over to the clients in the year 1993.

Gradually in few years time the construction team had been acquired with notable practical experiences prior to company being started achieving momentum in financial status. Subsequently, with enhanced experience and achievement of financial stability, the business was expanded into large scale both in terms of activities and operation.

Therefore, Lhaki Construction Company Private Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act of Kingdom of Bhutan, 2000 on 26-April 2012 and now it is one of the largest registered Construction firms in the Country specialized in the field of building, water supply, irrigation & flood control, and road and bridge construction.

The company is well equipped with qualified, experience and efficient team members both in technical and administrative management to run the business professionally. Mr. Lobzang Dorji is current CEO and Mr. Gopal Bista is the Chief Engineer of the Company.  Further almost all experience technical professionals who had been serving the same company for more than last 25 to 30 years are actively at hand.
